“I love a quirky accommodation, and this delivered”

I love a quirky accommodation, and this delivered. This was a great final accommodation within Norway for us, a quiet place we could sit inside to watch the rain fall, or enjoy our sauna, and reflect on our holiday. This tiny place had everything we needed and was clean. The hosts were responsive and flexible. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer and discover more of this area.

“Zeker een aanrader”

Wij hebben hier 6 dagen gezeten, wat een heerlijk licht en net huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien en natuurlijk een waanzinnig uitzicht. De jacuzzi was natuurlijk een grote hit, zeker bij de kids. We voelde ons hier helemaal op ons gemak. Leuke speeltuin en klimpark vlakbij en onderweg natuurlijk frambozen plukken. Af en toe kwam er gezellig een schaap langs. De jongste van 3 jaar sprong al weer op als ze de bellen hoorde rinkelen 😄 Zeker een aanrader

“Positivt at det var leker og spill som barna kunne bruke”

Vi hadde et flott opphold på Mjøsli i naturskjønne omgivelser. Mange hyggelige aktiviteter, spesielt for barn i området. Hytta var hyggelig og godt utrustet med mange sengeplasser og gode senger. Positivt at det var leker og spill som barna kunne bruke.

“Something out of a magazine”

Our stay here was the highlight of our visit to Norway… and that is saying a lot considering how beautiful the country is. Getting in was easy and Tormod, our host, was super responsive when we had a question about the amenities. The whole propriety is situated in a wonderful location that has a playground and areas to explore. And the accommodations were so cozy and mememorable, not to mention the sauna. What a perfect experience in Scandinavia. Something out of a magazine! I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und mega gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber und die Nutzung der Sauna war ein tolles Add on. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tormod er en imøtekommende, hjelpsom og vennlig vert. Stedet er helt magisk! Utsikt over Mjøsa, teltet er utstyrt med alt du trenger, bad og kjøkken lett tilgjengelig og enkelt å ta i bruk. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold, og kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang. Anbefales på det absolutt varmeste!

“Immersed in a natural park, among coniferous and birch woods, with a crazy view of the lake, Tormod’s mini-house is fantastic, both for its design and for the position and the comforts it offers. “We can’t say enough positive things about this property and Tormod”

We can’t say enough positive things about this property and Tormod. This was a special family holiday for us and it needed to be perfect…we took a risk with the booking as there were no reviews when we booked (new posting). Tormod reassured us that the photos were accurate. In fact they don’t do the cabin justice. We are expert self-caterers and Airbnb’ers and we have never been so delighted with what we found when we arrived at a new place. In addition to the stunning location and design of the property, Tormod and Heidi have thought of every little imaginable detail with the cabin interiors/exteriors. From the super comfy beds, cool furnishings and equipment to the little things you always need like tea lights, shower wash, serviettes, olive oil and extra loo roll, literally nothing had been over looked. We have taken a LOT of photos of the inside and out – and having sent them to our envious friends, we feel booking this cabin will be very difficult in future! Thank you 😎

“Det var en forlenget helg vi hadde drømt om”

Flott sted for en koselig ferie hvor du kan lage mat på en brann, vandre og fortsatt ha dine vanlige bekvemmeligheter. Vakkert gjort uteområde med badstue, kjøkken og moderne toalett/bad. Vi kan klart anbefale at man går en tur til Lysjøen. Veldig vennlig vertskap og rask svartid. Det var akkurat en forlenget helg vi hadde drømt om (Vær oppmerksom på at det ikke er noen andre transportalternativer enn bil/taxi)
