— ABOUT THE CABIN —

The Thief was conceived during a stay at The Thief in Oslo. We believed that the sense of tranquility, precision, and design should be found out in nature—not just in city hotels. It took us two years.

The result is an 80-square-meter boutique cabin in the Mjøsli countryside. A large window overlooking Mjøsa—Norway’s largest lake—from the kitchen, a private jacuzzi on the terrace, and peace and privacy in nature’s tranquil surroundings. Featured in National Geographic Traveller’s “Lakes & Mountains.”

For those of you who want the boutique hotel experience—but surrounded by nature, not the noise of the city.

Contactless check-in – you will receive a personal code for the electronic door lock prior to arrival. No keys to keep track of, and you can check in whenever it suits you.
