What makes Konglehytta unique?
We built the Konglehyttene because we wanted to create something truly unique—and Konglehytta is the one that offers the most space for a larger group. The annex can comfortably accommodate four people, and the wood-fired sauna is private—you decide when to heat it up. The fire pit is the natural gathering spot as evening falls and the sky opens up over Mjøsli. Vagabond Reiselyst has included the Konglehyttene on its Top 110 list—and we can definitely see why.

Who is Konglehytta suitable for?
Two couples who want to share an experience—but with a little space for themselves. A small family where the kids will sleep in the annex and the parents will have some peace and quiet in the cabin. Or you, who are traveling with your dog and want to enjoy nature, a campfire, and a sauna without having to leave your pet at home. Konglehytta is pet-friendly, and we really mean it.
Mjøsli 30 minutes from Oslo Gardermoen
Mjøsli on the shores of Mjøsa in Innlandet—Norway’s largest lake. Go for walks right from the cabin, enjoy the panoramic views from the terrace, or take a day trip. Tangen Zoo is perfect for the little ones, Atlungstad Distillery is great for adults, and the town of Hamar is just half an hour away, offering restaurants and shopping. In the winter, Budor is 50 minutes away.

The cabin has a double bed, and the annex also has a double bed—accommodating a total of 4 guests. There is an additional charge for the annex when there are 3–4 guests.

The annex is a separate small room with a double bed, located a short distance from the main cabin. It’s perfect for two couples or a family looking for a little extra space. The annex must be booked and paid for separately.
