The customer journey with us should be predictable and simple. Through good information and automatic travel reminders, as well as our customer service, the entire customer journey should be a good experience.

We are proud funding members of the She Establishes Resource Program (HER). This is a digital platform that will encourage more women to take part in the business world. Through the resource program, you will gain knowledge and access to tools you need in an idea and start-up phase, but also as you grow.
Sustainability
Through our sustainability program, we will ensure that our guests have a minimal environmental footprint during their stay. Through our local partners, we also contribute to environmentally friendly delivery of our services.
Local partner
As part of our sustainable focus, Villa Heidi AS will work with local suppliers for our operations. Everything from cleaning to the purchase of basic goods and equipment is done locally. A large part of the operation at each location is outsourced to a local partner. In total, the business employs about 10 full-time equivalents.

vILLA HEIDI - START
The story of Villa Heidi starts in 2015 when two brothers bought this cabin together. The business has since grown to 7 owner-occupied cabins and almost 70 rental units in total
Hamar region
From Budor in the mountains with guaranteed snow to the southern atmosphere of Mjøsfronten in Hamar and beautiful Mjøsli. In between these places there are many attractions and activities
