Payment in full is due upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

The cabin is located in a peaceful, family-friendly area—please be considerate of your neighbors at all times
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
Outdoor facilities may be used until 10:00 PM
Music is allowed indoors only
No parties, no smoking
Trash may never be stored outside—this is a natural area with foxes, birds, and other wildlife
If you want to dispose of trash during your stay, please use the shared trash containers in the area (location in your arrival message)
Trash left in the indoor bins at check-out is removed by our service team
CHECK-OUT
Put used dishes in the dishwasher. We would greatly appreciate it if you could start the dishwasher
If you’ve cooked outdoors, give the grill a quick brush
Lock windows and doors
