Where are your cabins located?

Villa Heidi has cabins at three locations near Oslo: Mjøsli on Lake Mjøsa (1 hour from Oslo, 30 minutes from Gardermoen), Budor in the mountains of Innlandet (1.5 hours from Oslo, 1 hour from Gardermoen), and Malungen Gjestegård (1.5 hours from Oslo, 1 hour from Gardermoen).

How many cabins do you have?

We have 65 cabins and apartments located at Mjøsli, Budor , and Malungen —ranging from cozy cabins for two to large conference cabins. At Malungen Gjestegård, there is accommodations for 79 people on the same property.

Do you have cabins with a hot tub or sauna?

Yes—several of our cabins have a private hot tub or sauna. At Mjøsli , you’ll find Villa Heidi, Tyven, and Einebu, which have hot tubs, as well as Konglehyttene, which has a wood-fired private sauna. At Budor , Villa Budor , and Blåbærtoppen have hot tubs, and Løvsangeren has a wood-fired hot tub and a private sauna. At Malungen , Jaktslottet has a wood-fired hot tub and a dock.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes—we have pet-friendly cabins at all three destinations. At Mjøsli: Lille Tyven, Sansa Lodge, Konglehytta 3, and Revehiet. At Budor: Bjørka, Budeien, Hønsehauken, and Tiuren 49. At Malungen: Lille Bjørn (dogs allowed for an additional fee of NOK 750).

Do you have conference cabins?

Yes—we have conference cabins with meeting rooms for 8 to 30 people at Mjøsli, Budor , and Malungen, and Gildehallen at Malungen can accommodate up to 150 people for a day conference. Lunch-to-lunch packages start at 8,950 NOK for 8 people. Learn more about conferences at our cabins.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is generally at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m. Exception: The smaller cabins have check-in starting at 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m. The specific times are listed in the listing for each cabin.

Are bed linens and the final cleaning included?

Yes—bed linens, towels, and a final cleaning are always included in the price at all of our properties.
